Classic pancakes

Method of preparation: On frying pan
Portions: 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
All-purpose flour 1/2 cups
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Milk 1/4 cups
Egg, beaten 1
Melted butter 3 tablespoons
 
 
 
 
 
 
PREPARATION
  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  2. Add the milk, egg, and butter and mix until just combined.
  3. Preheat a griddle on your grill or stove top over medium heat. 
  4. Add butter, oil, or non-stick spray to the griddle, then drop about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles begin to rise and pop in the batter (about 3-4 minutes), flip the pancake and cook until golden on the bottom.
