Lamb steak on charcoal with BRIZOLL

INGREDIENTS

1. Lamb shank steak - 300-350g.

2. Tomatoes - 2 pieces

3. Bulb onion - 1pc.

4. Garlic - 2-3 cloves.

5. Chili pepper - 1 pinch.

6. Greens (cilantro, parsley, dill, mint, sylderay).

7. Spices to taste.

 

1.We put the meat on skewers and send it directly to the coal (as in the video below)
2.Fry it on charcoal for 4-5 minutes
3.Chop vegetables
4.Put the pan on the coals and put the steak in it
5.Add vegetables
6.Add broth to your taste, about 150-200ml
7.Finely chop herbs and garlic
8.Add spices to your taste
9.Add greens
10.We bring it to readiness
