Important!

Before shipment, all goods are subject to quality control and packaged accordingly.

From the moment the goods are handed over to the transportation company, the transportation company is responsible for the condition of the goods. Therefore, upon receipt, be sure to check the goods in the presence of a company employee. In case of damage, incomplete set, or shortage of goods, a nonconformity report is drawn up and you have the right to refuse to receive the goods.

If upon receipt you find that the packaging is damaged or the goods are mechanically damaged, you can take a photo of the damaged packaging to send it to the manager and refuse the goods or file a claim with the carrier's representative. The transportation company reimburses the damage if it was caused by the fault of the company's employees.

If you have accepted the goods of good quality but for some reason want to return them, you may do so in accordance with applicable law within 14 days of receipt, provided that the goods have not been used, the storage conditions have been met and the integrity of the packaging has been preserved.

If you have received goods with obvious signs of a manufacturing defect, you can get a free replacement of the goods with a quality one, provided that the goods have not been used. To do this, you need to immediately record such signs in a photo or video and send us a request.

The manufacturer of TM BRIZOLL products reserves the right to refuse to exchange goods or refund the order if the buyer has accepted goods with damaged packaging, goods with missing elements or insufficient parts. Also, from the moment of the first use, a refund or exchange will not be possible.
