CAST IRON CAULDRON, TOURISM series
Tourist cauldron is designed for cooking over an open fire. The cauldron is evenly heated and holds the temperature well. Thick walls allow to cook dishes without burning.
A feature of the TM "BRIZOLL" cauldrons is a flat lid on which hot coals can be poured during cooking and you will get the cooking effect as in the oven.
You can choose a cast-iron cauldron for 6 ltrs or 8 ltrs depending on which company of guests you expect. Be sure in cauldrons of the TM Brizoll the taste of dishes will be as tasty as chef`s!
